Yaochu Jin is presently Chair Professor of AI, Head of the Artificial Intelligence Department, Director of the Trustworthy and General AI Laboratory, School of Engineering, Westlake University, Hangzhou, China. Prior to that, he was “Alexander von Humboldt Professor for Artificial Intelligence”, with the Faculty of Technology, Bielefeld University, Germany from 2021 to 2023, and Surrey Distinguished Chair, Professor in Computational Intelligence, Department of Computer Science, University of Surrey, Guildford, U.K. from 2010 to 2021. His current main research interests include trustworthy industrial AI, brain-like embodied intelligence, and AI for arts and sciences. Prof Jin is presently the President of the IEEE Computational Intelligence Society and the Editor-in-Chief of Complex & Intelligent Systems. He is the recipient of the 2025 IEEE Frank Rosenblatt Award. He was named “Highly Cited Researcher” by Clarivate from 2019 consecutively. He is a Member of Academia Europaea and Fellow of IEEE.

Prof. Xinzhong Zhu, Zhejiang Normal University, China

National level leading talents


Zhu Xinzhong, a top-level expert in Zhejiang Province, a national leading talent, and the dean of Hangzhou Artificial Intelligence Research Institute at Zhejiang Normal University. The team focuses on AI+new quality productivity such as artificial intelligence, large models, drones, mobile robots, embodied intelligence, and intelligent manufacturing. As the first contributor, he has received five national and provincial-level scientific and technological achievement awards, including the Second-Class National Science and Technology Progress Award, the First-Class Zhejiang Provincial Science and Technology Award, the Second-Class Science and Technology Progress Award (Promotion Category) from the Ministry of Education, and the China Industry-University-Research Cooperation Innovation Award. He has published over 50 papers in top-tier IEEE Transactions journals such as IEEE T-PAMI and in CCF Class A conferences including NeurIPS, CVPR, ICML, IJCAI, AAAI, and ACM MM in the field of artificial intelligence.

Prof. Quanbo Ge, Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, China


Ge Quanbo, male, is a Professor and Doctoral Supervisor at Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology, a Postdoctoral Fellow of Zhejiang University, Director of the Jiangsu Collaborative Innovation Center for Atmospheric Environment and Equipment Technology, and Director of the Jiangsu Engineering Research Center for Intelligent Meteorological Detection Robots; he is also a Young and Middle-aged Academic Leader of the "Qinglan Project" in Jiangsu Provincial Universities, a recipient of the 4th Youth Science Award of the Chinese Association of Automation, and a Visiting Scholar at the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering, University of Minnesota, USA. He has published and been accepted nearly 100 high-quality academic papers in journals such as IEEE Transactions on Automatic Control (IEEE TAC), IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics (IEEE TIE), IEEE Transactions on Computers (IEEE TC), and Acta Automatica Sinica, and presided over more than 30 scientific research projects including General and Key Programs of the National Natural Science Foundation of China and major national defense special projects. Meanwhile, he holds multiple academic positions: Deputy Director of the Youth Working Committee of the Chinese Association of Automation, Deputy Director of the Professional Committee on Autonomous Unmanned Systems of the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence, Deputy Director of the Professional Committee on Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Education of the Chinese Association of Automation, and Executive Deputy Director of the Professional Committee on Autonomous Unmanned Systems of the Jiangsu Association of Automation; he also serves as Associate Editor of International Journal of Systems Science and Editorial Board Member of journals such as Acta Automatica Sinica, Journal of Command and Control, and Control Engineering. His main research areas include autonomous intelligent unmanned systems, low-altitude intelligent transportation systems, intelligent perception and learning control, and intelligentization of dynamic systems.
