2025 7th International Conference on Robotics, Intelligent Control and Artificial Intelligence (RICAI 2025) was successfully held in Hangzhou from November 14 to 16, 2025. The conference was jointly sponsored by Zhejiang Normal University, Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology, Anhui University, Quzhou University, and Jiangsu Provincial Association of Automation; organized by Zhejiang A&F University, Chun'an Qiandao Lake Agricultural Development Group Co., Ltd., and Hangzhou Qiance Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd., co-sponsored by Zhejiang Sci-Tech University, Chengdu University of Information Technology, Jiaxing University, and Quzhou Vocational and Technical College, and supported by journals such as "Control and Information Technology", "Data Acquisition and Processing", "Journal of Nanjing University of Information Science & Technology", and "Control Engineering". RICAI 2025 focused on the cutting-edge research and development trends in robotics, intelligent control, and artificial intelligence, bringing together over 200 representatives from universities, societies, journals, meteorological bureaus, and research institutions worldwide to discuss future technological directions, promote academic innovation and industrial integration, and exchange cutting-edge scientific research achievements.

Opening Ceremony
The conference was opened by Prof. Quanbo Ge from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology. Lv Yingchun, Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee of Zhejiang Normal University, delivered an opening speech on behalf of the conference, expressing warm welcome to the experts and scholars.

This conference also invited representatives from the editorial departments of five journals to jointly explore the development path of journals and share insights on journal management.
